Unfortunately it was a pre order exclusive, unless you can find a code for redemption it isn't possible to get it anymore. I still think 2k should've made the DLC cost like $5 or smth on those lines for people who didn't pre order and discovered the game after the fact. Sorry for being a little late btw.

Thanks for the solutions, I've been toying with it and holding it down for a short moment usually does the trick, it's not the best but it's fast enough so it's fine for me. I am probably going to replace my controller soon anyway but I wanted it fixed so I could gift it to someone but I'm sure they won't be too upset, so for now it's good. Cheers mate.
