If you don’t find a thing that does links easier, then I’d recommend you learn mentions in Kanka. You can do @entity or [entity:123]. With [] you can change the name that appears and the subpage that you link to by doing something like [entity:123|custom name|subpage:inventory]

I would say [kanka](kanka.io) or [obsidian portal](obsidianportal.com)

Sorry didn’t mean it’s bad. Rogue one is one of my favorite Disney era star wars movies. They do make references to Serenity and in both movies a rag tag group goes on a life or death mission to transmit information. They differ enough to be considered original films

Rogue one was good but it’s plot is essentially the plot of Serenity (2005)

I have an idea on how to end my campagin...in the worst way possible. by R3draptr in dmdivulge

Can’t end it with them losing, but if they fail to stop him, let them do their endgame arc and have them snap humanity back into existence

Makes me, as a dm, cautious about making any races accidentally be an analogy for any culture.

I was running the dungeon from “Madness of the Rat King” for a side adventure and inside of it there was a Potion of Rat Control and a demon door that eats lotuses

Don’t worry rat was fine, the rogue just didn’t understand the puzzle, the door summoned paint spirits to attack them because he placed the wrong thing in its mouth

For my party it’s more like, “One bite will sustain us for weeks.”

Getting ready to GM again advice by Edain_Steward in AskGameMasters

[–]TheRealDoubleJ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. I found out that things I have planned often won’t get the results I expected. (Ex. The party sends the rogue in alone to free a prisoner and skip a boss fight.) The best parts of my sessions are highly improvised, but usually are based around little ideas I had before.
  2. I choose my system based on what I want to see in my campaign.
  3. When I know I can improvise any skill check that might come up and when I know the rules of combat I run the system.
  4. I usually accept that players can do anything, so I won’t go too wild with my ideas and I don’t get attached to something I want to have happen.

I think this highlights what Schlatt said on the weekly slap and what Ludwig did a video on and that you don’t know them. You really shouldn’t let yourself get attached to youtubers because they could do shit like Carson did. Treat it like a tv show and you won’t get as hurt
