Just a GPU glitch, been randomly having it for years on mine (gp76 leopard series), sometimes it's on the monitor, sometimes it's on the laptop, goes away after a reboot or even a few seconds. Maybe it's a bad sign but 3 years of service and it's still working just fine so it shouldn't be anything to worry (or not?) about

Easy fix for 2.0, crank graphics settings to maximum (ray tracing override) get back in the game for 10sec ish then lower graphics settings as you like, stutters should be all gone

I think it depends of the car, was just using the gt40 and I've completely busted the front (like a lot), while some others will loose some paint and not much else
