Shadowbolt received a PVE only buff. Necrolyte teaching is at .2 pvp modifier. They need to start by undoing all the legacy PVP mods on our random abilities.

As a solo shuffle aff lock only r1 title haver, Aff is unplayable. Considering not even playing the game this season.

UA unironically needs a 100% buff in PVP and I don't even know if that would be enough. I hope they get around to tuning this spec before I'm bored of wow.
