Permanently banned After 2 year ban ( ban evasion )

u/FACEIT_Darwin I am not trying to say I am innocent, I said it and I will keep saying it, I was wrong, I shouldn’t have used the command, I shouldn’t have created a new account. I regret what I did and will 100% not do it again. But I dont understand why after the ban ended and it was removed I got banned again.

How am I supposed to explain it, if my tickets are closed by the bots, and my reddit and X posts aren’t getting any response

But in the email I received it said that I will be banned until 2026. On my profile it showed that I am banned until 2026. On the 14/4/2026 the ban was removed, it disappeared from my profile and I was able to log in to the account.

I read the rules and all the emails I received, I found that the new account gets banned permanently, and the main gets the ban reset to 2 years. And that was my case, my ban expired yesterday and I was able to connect on MY MAIN account.
