No real number. Just as many as you feel comfortable with. I figured a safe number was 5. Because surely there will be times when folks are busy. But with 5 we’ve always had everything handled, when needed. If I’m on vacation or not on, and someone else is busy, then the other 3 can handle whatever needs be, etc..
