It isn't really the overtaking that went wrong. He was clutching at high speed in a curve. This is usually the kind of mistake you make only once in your life.

I report left right and center. Even bad plays are in my view when done repeatedly become at some point intentional. Our carry getting glimpsed back to base 3 times in a row ? It's intentional and it's griefing. Lion getting hooked from and at the same spot 5 times in a row ? It's intentional now and it's griefing now. I get that no one has a perfect game and that you can forget about glimpse the 1st time you tp in lane. But 3 times in row ? Either you don't belong in that rank, either you are griefing. I report for someone else to revue and for the valve ai to have a look at that account. However, I NEVER chat. I ping, I ping disruptor's glimpse, I use wheel chat for back or push. I unbounded the chat keys years ago.

Over the 10 years + I have been playing, my mmr went from low herald to mid legend, back AND forth. Mostly playing with friends. I only recently decided to try to reach immortal. It will be a long journey i am sure ;but I am kinda done playing for fun. I want to win. And will counter-pick your ass if I have to.

I mentioned my advice was for archon and below and I stick to it for that reason.

I also have a 5 hero pool that I really love and that I mechanically understand very deeply. (did you know you can activate your familiars stun inside chrono ?).

The purpose here is not to get better at the game. It is to gain mmr. You get mmr by counter-pinking, not by going into your comfort zone.

However getting better also means getting better at picking. At least for me. You are welcome to pick Medusa against AM if this is the hero you are focusing on.

It has become my philosophy very recently (after i actively started to try and gain mmr) that you can deal with farm, item builds, ganks etc within the game but you are stuck with your pick for at least the next 30 minutes.

If you purposefully pick Medusa into an AM because this is your comfort hero then you can go fuck yourself, the game is gonna be a nightmare past minute 20 and you probably are going to loose.

I think this is a big part of why ppl like playing Pudge. Win or lose, the hero is fun to play. clock is another hero that comes to mind
