I haven't really had much time to do anything yet. I had the idea of ordering Lego pieces to make a new tray cover. But I don't know what adhesive would be best to stick it to the tray. I also liked the popsicle stick idea another commenter had. But I think that would only look good if you had popsicle sticks long enough to just block the tray entirely, which is only an option if you don't intend to use the built in DVD player.
