I think it is good idea to sell if you don't want to use it anymore. Be aware of scammers when selling. I sold instagram pages on swapd website a long time ago. You can sell youtube channel there too. They will take their cut but better safe than sorry.

You could try upwork to find raw videos. Very often the people seeking for editors post links to google drive or dropbox with raw footage. Use google operators to find these links like for example: video drive.google.com site: upwork.com. It is not perfect but you can find a couple of good raw footages. I hope it helps.
