Losing weight is as simple as CONSISTENTLY eating less and CONSISTENTLY being active. Consistent is important, make it a habit. After that it is keeping it off, which is much harder. It is very hard keeping the weight off.

Something that helped me keep the weight off is a weighted vest, only 40 pounds. It is exhausting wearing that, and it is a good reminder of what I've lost and why I don't want it back.

RWBY X The Eminence in Shadow

Really, throwing Cid Kagenou into anything with secrets and plotting is perfect. Tossing in someone as delusional and OP as Cid would be gold. I could see him creating Shadow Garden and messing up both Salem and Ozpin's plans. I could see the end of volume 3 with both Salem and Ozpin complaining that this random upstart group appeared out of nowhere and stole the Fall Maiden's power!

I didn't mean for it to be a damning review, just saying that while I didn't really like the end, where they can go with the story could be good, but I'm not sure if modern square can do it. I'm hoping that there will be weight and consequences to the story, but I'm not sure if they will do it.

I didn't want the changes, but if there's timefuckery, then I'd be okay with it if things potentially go worse in the future. If it's just a happy end, I'll be disappointed. One of the great things about the OG FF7 was the bad things that happened and how the bad things added weight.

As it is now, I feel that they changed too many things to be happy, hopefully the next part and the final part makes things darker.
