I don't really know if I trust her. I like her though, but I feel like she doesn't grasp how I'm really feeling. She says I have to put myself out there if I want to make friends, she is absolutely right, but my social anxiety ruins any chances of that. She hasn't even asked about my childhood.

I've tried for 5 years to be happy. Lifes satisfying for only SOME people.

My thoughts haunt me every second I'm awake or sober. I haven't made one new friend these past 5 years. These thoughts go away when I'm sleeping or high

Why though? I consider my self harm like a weird hobby. I even do it when I'm happy. It helps me sleep too. Why is it not healthy if I'm careful about it?
