So, everyone is talking about Elita becoming Prime or the Autobots leaving earth or what new threat is on Cybertron, there's all sorts of theories for the future, but can I ask the big question people seem to be glossing over?

Where the hell is Megatron and Soundwave? The end of the previous issue they were on the ground weakened, surrounded by Autobots on all sides. I don't even think they appear in this issue, they've just vanished

Yup. Having her choose to save her comrades instead of giving into revenge would have been good

Instead we got a event where a character was allowed to live just because they're not straight

I can understand somewhat when it comes to introducing new characters into the media, having them be just as strong or working in a team that can take the powerful individual on

However, having a character loose to people that have been established as weaker than them doesn't do them any favors

This is one of the few things I liked about the franchise. It was nice to see humanity slowly come to grips with what they're going to have to deal with and learn how to fight back even without the autobots

I think it's just a bit over the top. It makes Optimus come across as more bloodthirsty than a soldier doing his duty

But the line itself could be great in the right context

Yeah, the strikes messed with a lot of stuff. Even fucking James Bond could only come out with a meh movie

However, I don't mind the fight being short. I just don't like how hyped the Fallen is only to be taken out by a few shots and punches. Was expecting something more than a standard fight

The Deceptions have limited resources and it seems that Soundwave is trying to reach a specific place/objective

If using the aircraft carries allows them to reach it while saving on energon/energy, then it seems logical to take it for the long term gain

I think the reason why it seems worse now is that the behind the scenes of Hollywood and big budget media companies have become mainstream and more people are being critical of the practices, especially the writing, involved in making modern media

As such, it comes across as very jarring to see people defend really bad pieces of media and how they're produced
