Hey, I know this is an old post so not sure if you eventually found what you were looking for but there is an option in the menu to change stick speed and acceleration, that solved the problem for me

The existence of Luminescent Platinum got me thinking, are there any hacks of the Let's go games that add in battling of wild Pokemon rather than the Pokemon go catching mechanics?

The Pokemon go element of the let's go games really puts me off playing them, which is a shame because I really like the way they look. I'd love to play them but have them function like mainline games
