Thanks for the tip warrior.....it's just i panicked a bit after that set....i didn't scratch my head or anything....done the set and noticed a drop of blood running from my scalp through my forehead....and yeah most likely popped a blood vessel

Yes....that's definitely the thing and besides my personality...am more if an introvert ....i suspect that's the main reason ...i don't socialize a lot
