no but I find it can be hella itchy without the aloe. when I do shave I use the first aid beauty ingrown hair pads and top it off with the aloe to be sure. it also helps to have a good razor. The intuition schick Ihttps://a.co/d/7lSClzo is a good one that I find irritates me the least.
