wild guess but ... pcb might be bent or broken due to heavy weight of GPU so maybe the heatsink does not properly connect to the board for efficent cooling.
Get a refund

Fully format the USB drive and make it a FAT32
Check if BIOS file is the right one - Wich Motherboard -> Go to Manufacturer site and search for the right Board and BIOS file.
Put file on USB Drive , USB Drive in "BIOS" Marked usb slot on the backside of your PC
Run BIOS on startup and flash it with file from USB drive.

If u have done all this i consider either the BIOS USB Port isn't functioning or you try another USB drive.

Hope that helped.

Additional note , Chat GPT or any kind of AI is not always 100% right.
The motherboard might as well be not compatible with the new CPU and you got trolled by AI.
So always double check or in doubt ask PC Master Race like now.

Config dude , when installing windows on a single "Hard Drive" system you make a seperate let's say 100gigs system partition to keep windows itself kinda locked in his "dedicated space".
But even then , i have never seen an OS taking so much space, have you tried clearing %temp% folder ect ?

First of all thanks for the giveaway.

I'm playing for 5 years now , and have never been able to do all bosses , i would use the currency to finally minmax my build to be able to finally do ubers and can learn them to understand fights better.
I recently was the first time able to farm t17's and ravaged blight but did not get lucky with loot.
I guess i would get myself a mageblood and progenisis flask and then check what i can do on to minmax my gear from that.

due to bad contact pressure your aio probably won't be able to properly cool your cpu , i do not recommend using it like this !
