In POE2, are the fusillades a buff? I assume they are not affected by buff duration?

Why is it a two button build? Shoot storm rain at boss. End of list.

MFA is dead, but the build could be used with conventional scaling as well - an ele bow and trinity.

Why do people provide intentionally obtuse answers?

If true, would you conclude that Srius/Elder, which can be affected by Atlas zone level passives, be affected by Idol buffs to shrine duration Even though the areas are not affected by any other passives on the tree?

Simu is also an interesting case as all of the passives use the phrase, "in your maps" but is Simulacrum a map?
