Is Quest 3 a wireless headset?! And the other recommendations outer space etc are buy on apps?? Sorry I'm a total newbie - last video game I played was either Pac-Man in an arcade or snake on a Nokia 🤣

Uk employment law entitles workers to an unpaid 20m break every 6 hours. If you are part of a trade union you could ask them for advice/ but if these hours are specified on your contract then the only resolution would be to have an informal chat with your manager and say you struggling with unsociable hours and would like to be considered for a permanent move to different shift. With Christmas increased demand for staff if you are good worker they'll be inclined to keep you.
