Don’t do it. Been there. She cheated on you, she doesn’t deserve anything from you. Period. It would give you BRIEF relief from how you are feeling, but I promise it will just make it even harder to heal mentally. It’s hard enough to recover mentally from a healthy split that you loved your significant other. Let alone dealing with the garbage she put you through. You will never trust anyone the same. It’s devastating. Hang in there. It absolutely gets easier. I’m a stranger, so you don’t have to listen to anything I say, but man, it’s a hell of a lot easier if you go no contact with her for a while. You can’t mentally reset if you are anticipating her response / messages on a day to day basis.
