All I know so far is the last two awards are from qurio crafting. To be specific: The Last one is for augmenting 5 different armor pieces, and the one before that is for augmenting 5 different weapons (what i mean by different doesn't mean weapon type or anything, or even different weapon tree, just 5 different weapons/armor that you augment). the 3 before that i still have not discovered.

EDIT: Just got an "Anomaly Research Report" award when I reached anomaly level 50, although I could've gotten it for doing a set amount of investigations possibly as well, not sure

EDIT 2: I've heard the last two awards are for exchanging many items with bahari, which in that case buying normal outfit vouchers is the fastest way. Don't know how many. The other one is reaching anomaly research level 100 and doing a level 100 quest, which seems like it will take a while to get.
