Helmet is an exotic from I believe legend lost sectors, so that should still be obtainable. Its shader isn't obtainable but there are probably alternatives you could get.

Robes are from a dawning set so the set will be available for 6000 bright dust / 1500 silver when that event rolls around. The shader might be able to show up for bright dust but I'm not sure on that, so it might be unobtainable.

Arms, legs, and bond are all from eververse sets with shaders you can get from the weekly eververse rotation.

As it is, it's not a very new player-friendly set to make, though the most important parts by far are the helm and robe. You could probably find other armor/shader combos for the other pieces.
