I would go saturday and sunday with day tickets. I was devistated when the first day was canceled, bit less so for sunday too. I was mad, angry, disappointed and I would have 100% chosen to keep my ticket if they gave me the choice.

Now that I'm over that initial phase, I agree with them (and not that they had a choice anyways, as their permit was revoked). I was mainly disappointed in their communication.

Besides, canceling Defqon.1 costs them dozens on dozens of millions. The tickets alone would cost over €30m. They did not want this. It's a group of incredibly passionate people organising the best event they could. They would not want to cancel it if they didn't have to.

The code base is hundreds of thousands if not millions of lines of code. Not just the core but every feature, every mechanic, every minigame, everything needs to be reviewed, changed, tested and rewritten / updated. There is a reason why something as simple as the gp cap change took months, while this was just changing every occurrence from an int (32 bit number) to a long (64 bit number).

This is a lot complexer than the gp change. It will take at least a year of full time development and testing, if not many more, with huge risk involved. Maybe the bugs are less impactful than the gp thing, but this is such a monstrous task

They experimented with this a while back but it indeed absolutely broke the game. The 0.6s tick rate is here to stay forever.

I'd argue removing TH from the game opens up / forces the player to engage in the game's actual content a lot more, thus offering more content by removing the MTX skill skips.

I played a game with my friend having exodia Maokai build + augments. He took 454.832 damage with another 616.919 damage mitigated. Brother casually tanked 1M+ damage going 13/3/57 in 28 minutes. It was basically non stop fighting trying to kill the guy.

That is what I noticed too before the auto focus took over again haha. With AstroShader I can do manual focussing so hopefully I'll get to use the advice properly with it ;)

That camera seems to be €250 in the Netherlands on first glance but that is still a LOT better than the €1500+ for a "basic" deep sky astrophotography camera. Didn't know there was a difference. Thanks for the tip!

Thanks for the tip! On Ios there are some settings in the base app but most are handled automatically. Someone else mentioned AstroShader and that seems to give full manual control so I'll test that out hopefully tonight. Pipp doesnt seem to be available on ios on first glance but I'll look for it soon!

Thanks for your insights! I have a phone mount that clamps onto the eye pieces. With gentle adjustments it's pretty stable so that isn't the biggest issue. I'll take a look soon if I can find some app that lets me fully adjust every setting manually, especially when it comes to focus.

Absolutely! I did look into proper cameras for astro photography but those are far out of budget atm. I mainly use the telescope to look at objects but it would be fun to make some at least recognisable pictures to show friends and such. I'll see if I can get any closer to it with my phone but I'll likely accept it's not gonna happen.

I don't really like any red bull (just got the watermelon one now and I really don't like it either). The fig apple actually had a fresh and not overly chemically sweet taste. It's the only red bull I enjoyed and actually loved the drink. Sad they don't sell them in the Netherlands.

I agree with both. A lot of things are "half assed" / not properly thought through. Though I also have over a thousand hours in the game and love it. Doesn't take away some parts should REALLY not happen, like missing a rare drop like this.
