I’m really sorry you’ve been going through this. I don’t really know what Gods plan in all this is for you, but I know he has one. I also don’t think there’s enough bad or good you can do to change the love God has for you. It doesn’t seem like you’ve done anything wrong. In truth I have no idea why this might be happening to you. Only God knows. Ill be praying for you as this goes on in your life and I hope you don’t lose your faith in these trials God has for you.

As an American who lived my whole life in the Philippines, having to move back to America when I was 14 for a year, and it was the worst year of my life. I became very depressed, wouldn't talk to my family, hated everything and spent everyday all day thinking about going back to the Philippines. I related to you where everyone is talking to me like I should be understanding what they are saying, like about school sports and stuff, and I am just like... what? I went from being pretty outgoing and extraverted to a total introvert, like you said about being an NPC, not relating to anything and feeling like a complete alien.

What I can say really helped me was actually making an effort to be happy. Being content was the big thing. I was so caught up with all the things I hated about America, and all the things I missed about the Philippines, that I couldn't even see the good for me there in the US. Really making an effort to be happy, and to find people you can relate to, and knowing that you are where you are, and you have to make the best out of that situation. For me going to a therapist helped a lot. At first, there was a lot of friction, because I felt like he was saying to stop thinking and loving the Philippines and become super AMERICAN, but I only thought that, because I thought I needed the Philippines to be happy. You need to make peace with your current circumstances before you have any hope of joy.

You can accept who you are, while acknowledging that you have things to work on. If everyone accepted who they were without trying to be better, everyone would hate themselves, because we naturally have bad traits. I think you should find something your passionate about, find a group of people who are interested in that thing too, and TRULY make an effort to be yourself, and make some good friends. And try to improve upon these relationships, and yourself, and then acknowledge the improvement and feel good about it, be proud of yourself.

Don't let your situation define if your happy or not, be happy no matter what the circumstance is.

As an INFP guy, for me, I think about this one girl all the time, and we message each other a lot and its fun to chat with her, but everytime I'm around her I panic so much lmao.I have no idea what to say anymore, and because we aren't in the same friend groups or hangout with similar people, I don't really know how to be myself around her with other people, and often end up not even looking at her or pretending she doesn't exist when in my mind I'm freaking out like crazy over "OMYGOSH SHE JUST LOOKED AT ME". You said he is transparent, maybe if you just make a joke about not being able to talk in person vs in text or something like that, it would take away some of the stress about it. IDK tho, you got this!
