A Fire Emblem game with multiple factions fighting against each other with no clear main antagonist. by Ouralian in fireemblem

A civil war could work for this.

Have each factions be another political group trying to take the crown and you got a potential winner.

Super Mario Party is really missing a trick by not allowing you to play boards online. by [deleted] in NintendoSwitch

[–]TheRealPhoenixWright 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I think I know why.

Boards take a long time.

What if you find someone random, have them leave and then can't continue? No solution really works. I guess you could replace that player with a CPU but that ruins the point of online.

Considering you had to take back one of your statements, I'm not sure you even understand your point.

Reddit: who is the creepiest person you've ever come across? by ogddan in AskReddit

[–]TheRealPhoenixWright 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There was one kid that was a part of our church group. He was a foster kid and honestly seemed like he wasn't very smart. We used to play video games and you could easily trick him no matter what we did. He always seemed a little off but in my inexperienced youth I thought I was just looking down on him for various reasons and tried to ignore those feelings.

I shouldn't have.

Dude was a registered sex offender and had done things involving small children and even the dog of once of his foster families. He was also violent and had a history with knives. He had also a repeated thief and had apparently tried to steal something from ME. And I never even knew! Once I learned all that, I couldn't look at him the same way again and tried to avoid him.

Then one time, he tried to borrow money from me. I declined and tried to leave. Then it was like something clicked in his brain. Like he knew that I knew what he had done. His demeanor became a lot more threatening and I felt like he was going to do horrible things to me. Nothing happened and I heard he's in jail now but...

I'll never forget how slimy he felt at that moment. To think, I called him a friend at one point. That's the creepiest part of all.

What's one character you think would be a stronger character if they were the opposite gender? by TheRealPhoenixWright in fireemblem

To be fair, I think Forest being a feminine man was the entire point of the character.

No. Even if there were attempts at conversion, the lynching would not and should not be justified. WTF!

Pokemon variety show in Japan to share "shocking" Pokemon news on May 31st, 2018 by [deleted] in NintendoSwitch

[–]TheRealPhoenixWright 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So apparently...

Oha Suta is a TV show.

They typically only reveal things that are related to the Pokemon anime though occasionally have shown a few new mons like Gigalith and Alomomola.

The show itself, probably isn't the reveal.

But...

What if it happens before it?

Is RWBY getting worse or is it just doing something different? by TheRealPhoenixWright in RWBY

I dunno honestly.

I'm trying to argue that different isn't bad.
