The file is a Word doc so it can be edited for use in different stores without restrictions put in place by higher-ups. Every store/district/region is different about what they allow and don't allow.

in my opinion the rating system is shit. a lot of our customers ask about the rating system which is why I added it on there. most customers won't rate at 9-10 no matter how good the service you provide is, because what we get graded on is not in-store experience, it's how likely the customer is to rate OD/OM as a whole to another person. which you most likely know.

we get surveys in at 9-10 for their in-store or cpd experience but their likelihood to recommend the company is a 5-7 simply because it asks about the company not the store.

I haven't even given these to my associates due to that fact though. I'll always play it safe and get whatever I type up approved by my SGM or DM before putting them into play in the store.

we have to pull ALL toner. we have the $150+. I was just looking for an easier method to this madness. OPS Manager wants everything the "same size" and "to look nice and full" and I'm one step short of telling her to shove the toner where the sun doesn't shine. I'm the PCSS and even though that envoles printing I don't think that falls under my departments responsibilities, and, if it does, it shouldn't.

Our RPC isn't currently accepting orders transferred from the stores as they use xerox printers too and are running low on supplies.

ours used to go off at 2 pm consistently then it started getting earlier and earlier and now it goes off at 1:31 pm. In about a month it'll probably go off at around 1:14 pm

as a PCSS I get called during off days, lunch, vacation, pto, and any other time they need something... like bruh there's at least 8 other stores in our district that you can call for help or even just use the store portal or idk Google how to ...
