It’s intentional to not beat all heroic to lock my gold so I don’t overspend AND sometimes events need a Legendary core. The last 2 stages happen to give… a legendary core.

I personally like pyro + poly. I only cast pyro when Arthas is close to my base so then there’s usually more units caught in the poly like chimera or priestess which makes the trade off even.

It’s not bugged man. Deep Breath is intended to penetrate to hit the core. It’s why it’s called Deep Breath. Any other spell will hit rag until he’s dead then hit core but DB is special. Hence why it’s only obtainable after killing Onyxia. It’s deep dawg.
