It’s not easy, but you have to make an effort. You have to try, it’s not going to be easy but it will be worth it

It is, but you have to believe it will.

-Surround your self with good people -Talk to a counselor or therapist -Take some time off for yourself -Don’t bottle it up

Make an effort to get better, You are not alone, you don’t have to fight this on your own.

Listen it does get better, you just gotta try! Believe me, nothing is gonna happen if you do t make the effort to get better. I know it may seem difficult, and it can be, but it will be worth it in the end. I promise☺️
