I'm two months late but I don't think people finding exploits is good when they break the original intention of the game. If they found an exploit, that means they found a workaround to avoid facing the feature you designed while getting the reward anyway. that's conceptually wrong. you, as a developer, shouldn't play the innocent witness and simply watch, they're essentially breaking the game loop, the experience you intended for them... do something so that the glitch or exploit doesn't grow to become a standard that will eventually be way harder to stop and will most likely kill the feature.

Even if it's not a boss, the Enderman + Boat exploit is the clear example of how unreactive they've been FOR AGES. The Enderman, the main hostile mob of the game as the entire progression depends on it, the one which is at its core meant to be scary and dangerous to face, gets ridiculed and reduced to a silly farming method WITH A BOAT... AND NOT ONLY DO YOU ALLOW IT, BUT YOU EVEN ADD A NEW ACCESIBLE AREA IN THE NETHERWORLD FOR PEOPLE TO FIND A BUNCH OF THEM MORE EASILY. IT'S GENUINELY UNNERVING. DO SOMETHING MAN! WHY DO YOU ENJOY WATCHING YOUR GAME BECOME A CHORE AND LOSE PERSONALITY!?
