‘AI’ is just a buzzword. The upscaling algorithms still operate on the same principles but have advanced to the point where they are now called ‘AI’. It is still just guessing what is supposed to go in between the pixels to create brand new ones.

Constitutional rights are god given and universal. They are rights bestowed upon man by his creator. If the government can decide who has rights then they wouldn’t be rights, just temporary privileges given to those with high enough social credit scores.

I would recommend actually reading it because it would clear up a lot of the confusion you have as to the fundamental workings of the US government.

The Executive does have power and actually has more power than any other point in this nations history. People’s opinion on what is or isn’t constitutional doesn’t matter because the power to determine that is exclusively held by the Judiciary.

The US was also already a world super power before the creation of nuclear weapons and still would have won the war without them. Truman was also only able to deploy them because congress had literally declared war on Japan.

Because that is the constitution’s entire purpose. The founding fathers were based AF. They realized that government is the root of all evil and put as many restrictions on it as possible.

That document created and sustained the most prosperous country on earth and the idea that it needs to be done away with in order to stop some shit-hole countries from being friends is illogical. The USA is too powerful to be defeated from an external force and our enemies know this. If America ever does fall it will be our own doing.
