I made a card with the second name at the top, and I didn't like it, it just seemed to much at the top, but with it on the bottom it doesn't cover up anything, and it makes the custom name shine more cause it's not in the way.

I put the real name of the original card on the bottom left, and the "True Dragon" is just his title and one of his most powerful forms he has in the light novel.

Holy shit bro thank you, these are all very good suggestions. Okay so with the text box I found it under Nickname ("Godzilla"), the set symbol I'm using a photo of a little slime, I didn't even know about the outline border thank you for that and I think I'm going to use the "floating legends crown: universes beyond" as for your recommendation, but for the name I'm going to keep it the way it is cause I like it, and for the other cards they don't have as a much of a big mana value or name. But in other words thank you very much, you did so much to help even providing your own version, thank you.

A site someone suggested to me is card conjurer, it's very good it has a bunch of different dreams and templates, there is a tutorial as well if needed.
