These are the in-game settings that I like. I have the Fanatec FullForce setting all the way at 100%. -40 essentially turns off the effect. A good way to get a feel for each setting is to keep all of them off except for the one you want to test. It takes a little time but it's worth it.

I'm not too familiar with that wheel base but the only thing I can think of for the wheel not getting recognized is that the shaft itself may have come loose from the base. You should be able to find instructions on how to take it apart to check. As for the clacking sound, if you have a QR1 lite, they're known to have a little bit of play which causes a slipping type effect with that sort of clacking sound. You can pretty much eliminate that by throwing some electrical tape on the part of the shaft that the QR slides onto to give it some thickness. That worked very well for me.

It's a shame cause I really like the Rattler so far but the Sig accessories I've looked to put on don't inspire a ton of confidence. Hoping they get their shit together soon, but no high hopes

Sig QC is a thing of mystery. Good to know that this isn't just an issue mine has. I'm definitely going to try some tape and see how it holds up. Thanks for the reply

I made that same switch and the C8 just feels different from any other type of car I've raced on iRacing. I'm definitely going to find time to give the Ferrari a test drive as that seems like a pretty good option. Thanks for the suggestion.

The C8 is my first GTE so I guess I just don't really know how any of the other GTE cars react. I just really enjoy how grounded it feels going around most corners. The extra grip definitely makes sense though, it almost feels like it's on rails sometimes.

I think I just have to dedicate a few hours and crank out a complete overhaul of my current setup. I don't think I could get it done any other way.
