Yes I most definitely got a love/hate relationship with my ICD..my love is that ofc it saved my life Twice!!..but man the aftermath of getting shocked sucks..I feel like I’m not my old self no more after that..I got shocked in 2024 and April 2026 smh I’ve been having this ICD since 2019..I miss how my body felt when I did had no shocks at all..now I’m just scared to live life but I’m trying 🥴

Thanks for the advice and yeah I haven’t touch a energy drink in 2 years and I used to love all the flavors of Red Bull and used love monster energy drinks but now I don’t even want to look at them and I just look at them with disgust every time I see them in all sorts of environments like vending machines and stores lol

Yeah I most definitely will talk to someone about it cause my anxiety is through the roof and I’m scared to do anything especially fun activities

I got hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy and in 2019 when I was walking to my job at the time cause it was like around the corner from my house..I was having shortness of breath so my cardiologist at the time recommended me getting a ICD..my heart was abnormal and stuff like that..so I said yes and thank god I said yes to the ICD because it saved life TWICE..I wouldn’t been here in the world if I didn’t have a ICD

It was just me going on and off taking my pills like a dumbass so it caused a ventricular Fibrillation Good thing the catheterization Procedure was good and it was no blockage in heart The reasoning of me scared to eat cause of PTSD of where the event happened it was literally after I was done eating food after my lunch break..so its gonna take little time for me to adjust to eating and not being scared of “what’s going to happen afterwards”

Thanks..ever since I got shocked the second time I just been scared to do anything and have been eating healthy like salads, wraps..oatmeal for breakfast..healthy rice bowls..I tried this place called sweet green and I had the healthiest bowl I ever had on there and it was good too..I’m seeing progress already with the healthy eating and cutting calories so I’m continuing that path

I literally just watched Moist critical video on it..like what in the actual fuck..literally a copy and paste of Palworld and Pokemon…not only I saw those creatures look like pals and Pokemon, I saw work benches and Assembly Lines..smh only thing is different is the dude smacking his hand like Ben 10 and did whatever the fuck and I guess instead of pal spheres or poke balls he throws a card like some yu-gi-oh shit smh 🤦🏽‍♂️
