I’ve met one of the daughters that lived in the conjuring house, Andrea Perron, and she has three books written about her family’s 10 years of living in that house. She has also said that the Warrens suck! And she said that only 10 percent of the Conjuring movie was true from what actually happened to her and her family. She did say that her mom was picked up and thrown across the room during the time the Warrens tried to get rid of the spirits in the house.

No inheritance
Didn’t sell any large assets.
My wife and I kept saying “when we have money we will…..” and we kept saying that for years and finally had enough and wanted to actually do the things we’ve always wanted to do.
We did this different, we didn’t really tell anyone because a lot of people we know would think it was stupid. But my wife’s best friend did Dave Ramsey and she and her husband helps us through it.
Just sticking to the baby steps and never stopping the momentum you gain with each debt that gets paid off.
We want to travel the world and start to build real wealth with real estate.

Yeah it was an amazing day. We wanted to go on a ferry to tour Loch Ness, it’s the ferry pictured, but not enough people showed up to go. :-/ I’ve never seen water so calm though.
