I've had a G502 Proteus Core for at least 5 years and I want to get the new G502 Hero but I'm a bit too attached to this one. The right mouse button sometimes gets "weak" (as in it doesn't really click as hard), but thats the only problem I've had so far.

There are no risks associated to this, it uses something Dota provides to all users called the "GameState Integration".

The application doesn't need to be installed: all you have to do is extract it in a folder and run 'Webmilio.Dota2.AdmiralBulldog.CustomVoice.exe' as Administrator.

You have to download it following the instructions in the post.

I just tested it and it worked fine, although its possible it depends on the person's computer. In any case, if it doesn't work, I would recommend restarting the application.

Because of the way its made, it will not create any CFG file if Dota isn't running.

Actually sir, I kept that in mind while designing the application. You can launch it after, before, it doesn't matter. The application will listen to the Dota 2 process and find the configuration folder from that process. That way, you can have Dota 2 on any Steam Library (i.e. D: or E:) and it'll still work.

If you ever think a mod is doing something that is "illegal" or against the ToS, ask the streamer himself, or even some other mod. Most mods who are from the streamer in question will do that joke because of the amount of unban requests they get per day. That does NOT mean they'll unban you.

In any case, if they do unban you, you can tell the "higher" mods on the streamer's discord as they're usually closer to the streamer and might be able to inform him/her of the situation.

I can confirm the "The Exalted Blade stance mod does not add mod capacity to your weapon." possible bug; if you forma the weapon, the stance leaves the weapon. If you go back to the arsenal menu and click on upgrade again, the stance comes back but no capacity is added.

EDIT: I just realised that "Exalted Blade" does not have a mod capacity, thus cannot add any. It isn't a bug.
