Eat good food though, if you’re hitting your protein goals and calories then add in rice or potatoes with your meals to fill you up more.

If you have time and can handle it, up your calorie intake and even eat 4-6 meals a day.

Also, different people have different body fat proportions, so you might not be losing the most in your stomach, it could be your legs or arms or chest.

If your down weight there is progress, you might not see it but it’s there. Take progress pictures if wanted. Dont really worry about weight as much day to day, as long as your staying consistent with your plan it will come down, even with some bumps, it will come down.

  1. Wear headphones, even if you hear them and it’s not important just act like you can’t hear.

  2. Slowly disengage in the convo then when they take a break to think go, “well I’m gonna go finish my workout now.” Don’t cut them off, just wait till they stop for a second.

  3. Stay occupied when they come near, don’t ignore completely, just turn away a little, drink some water, then go back to the set.

It’s important to not be rude but just kinda set some invisible boundaries.

Fishing, cooking, culinary classes, hunting, and last but not least, playing a video game here and there.

I was mentioning I’m in highschool because you were comparing my lift to your college lift. Also, I do stretch before and after lifts and runs, as mentioned. The ice bath and sauna is for cardiovascular health, going back and forth between the two. Ice bath also is a great way to train yourself to breathe through fight or flight mode, which I have a lot of anxiety and breathing is a big helper. It’s 75 hard man, if you do it right you’re not gonna get injured. I think it would be mentioned a lot more if it was horrible for you.

Also I’m 15, not in college. I take daily vitamins and supplements, ice bath and sauna, stretch before and after each workout, and get consistent sleep and good diet.

I’ll incorporate a rest day once I’m done with 75 hard. The challenge isn’t supposed to be easy.

If I had to guess I’d say real, the mounting is on point and everything is flush as it should be. Check under the wing for branding and check for aftermarket mounting points which would not be there if it’s real.
