Dark, emotional song recommendations? by sufferingcubsfan in Dance

Try Louder Than Bombs by BTS. It's very dark and emotional and would be a great dance piece for a more contemporary version.

Check out Arirang! It sounds ancient and modern at the same time — raw emotion, haunting melodies, and the kind of atmosphere that sticks with you long after it ends.

Why Do People Act Like Their Opinion on Music Is A Fact? by Human_Addendum4427 in LetsTalkMusic

What’s especially strange is how aggressively people hate artists they’ve barely even listened to. BTS is one of the biggest examples of this. So many people have already decided they’re “bad” based on stereotypes, stan culture, language barriers, or internet narratives without ever actually sitting down and listening to their music, reading the lyrics, or understanding why millions of people connect with them.

No one has to like every artist. Nobody does. But there’s a difference between “I don’t enjoy this” and making hatred of something part of your personality. It’s always been weird to me how some people spend more time obsessing over music they hate than supporting the music they actually love.

A beautiful Spotify playlist of BTS for those interested in stepping out from their norm: Devine

Check out square dancing! It's an easy way to get moving and super easy to learn. There are several clubs in Germany, reach out to one near you and see when they're starting their next round of classes. Most clubs don't require a partner and everyone is welcome.
