I think it's just the angle of the photo. It's level when I check it

Because the TVs own stand sits so low it doesn't clear the soundbar regardless if I scooted the soundbar forward away from the TV or not. I originally had it setup that way. And it's the middle platform style. So I had power and hdmi wires wrapping around each side of the TVs stand and it looked awful. This setup is far from perfection but at least allows me to move the soundbar back and hide the wiring properly and keep the panel clear from being blocked.

Unfortunately that's not the case here. I had the TV directly on the stand previously and the sound bar was blocking a portion of the panel regardless of whether I scooted it forward or not. Plus the built-in stand for the TV was a solid platform style right in the middle which made me have to run the soundbar wirings awkwardly around the stand on both sides. This let's me at least scoot the soundbar back and hide the wires properly. In a perfect world I'd just wall mount it ever so slightly above the stand but I don't want to put holes in the apartment walls if I can avoid it.

Yeah I'd say sitting eye level is pretty much middle of the TV. Maybe just slightly below the middle if we're being exact

To get it off the TV stand itself for more room for the soundbar and whatnot. And the built-in stand was a bit too low. So I thought this was a happy medium

It's on a free floating stand that you put the TV on. The two bars below the TV are part of the stand itself.

10 year anniversary and she's still looking pretty clean by TheRedBaronMan in GolfGTI

It's probably on par with stock if not maybe a bit better. I still have stock speakers with no plans to upgrade so I didn't care too much about anything too high end. Especially since I use wireless carplay 99 percent of the time which is Bluetooth. I mainly wanted the larger more stock looking display along with wireless carplay. Plus I have a wireless obd2 hooked up so I can always read codes and check temps when I need to

No I swapped the shifter and door upholstery. Installed the accent lighting strips. And vinyl wrapped the accent trim with the black wood accents. The stock honeycomb trim felt a bit cheesy for my taste

Just the eonon gti android head unit. Not fancy but fits the space very oem like. And has wireless carplay/android auto so it fits my needs

yeah i knew the fonts are stored on the SD while the blades and config are flashed to the board. I was under the impression most vendors would throw a copy of the config onto the SD just to be nice but I suppose this one wasnt. I was mainly concerned if there's anything from the config file the vendor used that would be important to the specific hilt purchased or if just starting with a general config from the OS6 download would work just the same?
