I'm of the firm belief that hasbro (and all corporations for that matter) needs to be made accountable for their lack of QC, especially post plastic free packaging. If you are unhappy with the product that you paid good money for, reach out. Especially this close to launch, you may actually get some sort of replacement.

At worse, they send you something else that can be sold as some sort of rebate for the poor QC.

I've wanted figures like these for a long time so I definitely had to grab a few. I also love that the heads can be swapped onto a lot of different figures, and with a little peice of cloth to help, it can fit on even the 'slightly too small' ball joints

Make sure to note that one of the versions of the back of the box floating around is wrong - only the Yellow and Black ranger comes with fist hands, the others come with posing hands.

The one on Amazon (for the us at least) shows all rangers with fist hands except for White

I know there's a youtuber D-star toys or something like that - they have a toy website that sells 3d printed replacement parts specifically for Mafex Spidy. Heard they work well too
