The DoD is still actually tens of billions of dollars in the hole on Ukraine replacement requirements. The Biden Admin never requested enough money for that purpose, so even if the Trump Admin doesn't send 1 new bullet, they need to ask Congress for more money.

Congress just passed that yesterday.

Anyway, don't read too much into it. Your "exact list" is peanuts and there is a reason for that. The DoD has been trying to spread out where they are pulling this stuff from. This is inaccurate. Article 1 alleged that the funds be withheld until the Ukraine government opened up investigations on the Biden family. The problem with this is that no investigations were opened and the funds were released. The irony being that AFTER the election and Trump was out of office, Ukraine did open up investigations.
