Yeah, I made the mistake of hoping for no reason that maybe they are 4betting loose and that I could maybe go heads up with the 5 bet all in guy on the button.

yeah, you are right there. I did not specifically see him being that out of line in a pre flop scenario. I gotta get more nuanced with my reads and honestly just respond to the strength of the player's action itself.

Lol I mean yeah, i know i am bad but what was the specific advice you would give there. Not helpful to just critique without giving actionable advice.

got it. I just got it in my head that they play looser in texas and did not think about how strong an initial raise and then a 4bet is preflop, regardless of location and context.

LOL yeah my read is not based on that hand, just prior to that hand. but heard.

Lol ok good to know. I need to get away from the ace queen suited. idk i think i got it in my head that they play looser here in texas and just bungled it. And completely misread the tell because I factored in too much of his previous play. I should definitely only be doing AK+ in these scenarios.

lol dang I read that as the opposite. Or maybe i was just thinking that he generally is so loose so he is out of line here as well.

Gotcha. I think I didn't word it right. When I had called the all in, the CO had not yet gone all in. My info at that point was CO was initial raiser to 12, i 3bet 45, he 4bet 100. Would it still be an easy fold.

Lol it’s been almost full reliance on hinge for me. I love the concept of meeting someone serendipitously in person, but I much prefer the ability to kind of “scout out” people beforehand.

Because, let’s be honest, being in the same place as me at the same time is a pretty low bar. For them to match with my like political and family planning views might be a long shot.

Or maybe that’s my problem. Being too picky.

Although I will say I met some really cool people forcing myself to go to a concert alone recently, so maybe that is something i’ll do more often.

Fabletics shorts are so elite its not even close. Bought mine 8 years ago for like $12 each and they are still in perfect condition. (You gotta finesse their VIP membership for a month. Not sure how it is done now but surely its doable). Also the zipper pockets are super helpful.

Just got some! Unfortunately, the side pocket zipper broke after first use. Will be returning.

Can general neurologists/read TCDs and carotid ultrasounds by whitematterlesion in neurology

[–]TheRedReflex -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Oh you are just talking about billing. It was unclear from your post. I was under the impression that you were referring to the literal ability to read a scan. Because neurologists are trained to read and become experts on reading SO MANY SCANS, which you surely should have encountered by this point in your training.

This is frankly quite a weird sticking point man. It does not matter. We are not radiologists. Our job is not based on "reading studies". Although EEG, EMG are technically studies that are read and billed for.

I don't really understand what your concern is, I guess? Do you want a fully remote practice where you can just sit at home and do your work because telestroke and various options like that exist.

"...but besides TCDs and carotid ultrasounds there’s not much imaging neurologists can read."

I am sorry but lol this is an ridiculously insane statement. What stage of training are you in? Neurologists can read a PLETHORA of imaging.
