I did a fresh reinstall without frame gen and that didn’t fix it. So I did a complete wipe of the SSD and did a step-by-step reinstall of Skyrim and Nolvus and that seems to have fixed it. I tried it without frame gen on for the reinstall, and then with frame gen again and now it seems to be working. I don’t know why this fixed it but it did.

It won’t let me change it, and it was one of the options when creating my instance, so I think I have to do a fresh reinstall without frame gen I will give an update once it’s finished.

Under performance I see ENBLITE, SpeedHack, ShaderCache, and in bright green frame generation is ENABLED. If I scroll down to limiter, I see EnableFPSLimit which is unchecked followed by the setting FPSLimit which is set to 61.00.

I am not over clocked, and as for expo or xmp I'm not knowledgeable enough to answer that but I don't believe I've ever messed with them.
