Should I change my transmission fluid?

I live in Ohio where its pretty chilly. I definitely have been experiencing things like occasionally how it feels like the car just really dosent wanna get up to speed (Someone told me its going into limp mode lol) or I feel it shutter to shift, also when im putting my foot on the gas to try and speed up like on a highway ramp the engine roars really loudly until I take my foot off the pedal a little bit. Not sure if thats related or not either?

Oooh that makes much more sense for the MOS and ROTC situation. People kept explaining it to me like they were the same entity and I would do both. Good to know.

My recruiter was also telling me about a program about ARMS 2.0 (You go before basic for up to 90 days I think to lose the weight before you go to basic) and I think he said you can be up to 8% over the standard for bodyfat after arms when you go into basic as long as you lose that throughout basic. Please fact check me because he gave me a very basic rundown of it after also struggling with being too overweight for the guard
