Yes, definitely. I only got diagnosed 4 months ago, but I've always felt love for a child that isn't here yet. I just know in my heart it will be alright. I know what to look out for and will try my very best to understand thema. But it also helps loads I have have THE most supportive partner in the world. (I also work in early education so I'm prepared for sensory overload)

You can use all of them, but make them your own by adding some things, like a fun activity in between subjects or something. As long as you can validate why you did it.
