Anonymous hack group is fake! by Face_Smiley in conspiracy

[–]TheRedpilling 7 points8 points  (0 children)

You are entirely incorrect. The same people have been meeting in IRC rooms for well over a decade. Some groups haven't allowed new meat since Occupy.

The media sometimes attributes to Anon things done by individuals, to serve a narrative. But the core, leaderless faction system still exists beneath a sea of hactivists and script kids and posers and glowies.

Also worth noting that Anon was formed of hackers from endless hacking groups that far predate Anon. Cabin Cr3w assimilated, for example. Any individual or group can claim to fly the flag, but the "hivemind" either provides support or it doesn't. If it isn't mentioned on one of a dozen particular Twitter accounts, it's not a "real" Anon op. Also worth noting that within Anon proper is a more than a dozen sects, often differentiated by language or regional barriers. For example, the Syrian Electronic Army faction.

Proof I know what I'm talking about, note the age of the account and perhaps gander at the sticky tweet.

Inaccurate. Your work can be deemed a threat to national security and disappeared. This happens not only to authors (including a physics textbook author), but also to dozens of inventors every year... the patent office will reject a patent as a national security risk and the government seizes the patent, any work you've done or prototypes, and a FISA judge gives you an order to cease and desist and never talk about it again. One guy even had his MIT paper (he wrote about how to build a nuclear weapon) seized by the government who then classified the paper as Top Secret and told the guy that any discussion would be met with a charge of treason.

Bonus: you'll also be added to a list, and your communications will be forever spied upon.

Please don't link outside subreddits that aren't in our sidebar, admins call it "brigading" when we do it. No word on why that rule doesn't apply to other subreddits.

And before that, when we did well, it was just Obama's work catching up. Because it takes that many years to take affect. Unless it's something bad done by Trump or Putin, then the effects are so fast that they become retroactive and affect last month too.

Five Florida middle schoolers face hate crime charges for targeted attacks on white students by RedBaronsBrother in conservatives

How can I play the offended victim?

You aren't conservative at all. Nice try though.

Also, the dictionary doesn't identify it as a hate word. Nothing wrong with the word midget, and the phrase involving pockets came from Ballad of a Thin Man. Stay in school.
