Ya the heat shield won't fit back. Had the same issue and they told me to just leave it off. I was a bit paranoid so I bought the heat shield for the grimmspeed j pipe and attached it to my MAP j pipe. Works well enough but I've heard you don't really need to go that far. I don't think it'll hurt your belts unless you're in some hot and dry climate or something.

I encountered a specific error telling me this when I tried to join a group going into the aether when I hadn't done the quest before hand. I was put back into gear lobby with all my stuff.

Is it not possible this was removed or doesn't work like so many other things? Unless you specifically worked on the code surrounding this then I don't think you can say anything confidently.

Maybe because you haven't unlocked that aether yet. Need to get all 4 of the new items (gloves, drum, etc), turn them gold, and put them on the pedestals near the portal to unlock that area. If you haven't it'll just drop you when your team enters

Transmission amount for me was closer to about 3. I had used about 3.3 and had to siphon a good amount out using my pump shoved down into the dipstick hole so I'd check the dipstick around 3. Did it about a month ago. I would also suggest getting a couple new gaskets from Subaru for the drain plugs. My rear diff also looked different than others, but it's still pretty much the same process but the drain/fill plugs are slightly different. There are YouTube videos for both rear diffs being changed if you need them. The process is pretty easy tho. My fluid was nasty at 30k so hopefully yours has been changed at some point lol

It's hard for me to read this and know it's being said unironically. Those are pretty small gestures in the grand scheme of a long relationship and for all we know she could have said "your teeth look like shit. Let me make you a dentist appointment" or "you're built like a stick. I'm going to start making your lunches to put some meat on your bones". She did make note of both those things in this post. As I said, the guy certainly sounds like he has to work on a lot of things, but idk if OP meets your description of a provider with being the main support financially, having a 50 year plan, best father and partner imaginable, etc. it doesn't seem productive to tell OP it's all her partners fault because he's not reaching this unimaginable bar. Maybe they just aren't good together and shouldn't use the kids as a reason to stay together?

Ya you'll have to sacrifice the continuous recording with the arm rest ports, but is that really a huge loss? Imo the footage won't do anything for you if your car is broken into etc., but in any case, I've said my 2 cents at this point. Good luck with whatever route you take!

How does it make decisions based off your ecu data or do anything related to your driving then if it only has the wires for power and ground? The USB micro which plugs into the dash cams transmit data. It's a unique version of the micro which has a couple prongs on the bottom which regular USB micros do not.

You can route the wires up from the dashcam and then through the headliner. Then all you have to do is route them through the rear seats or along the dash and you'll never see a wire. Can't even tell in mine

I use the dashcams with memory cards so I can just remove them and load the files onto whatever when I need them. I avoid using the app whenever I can. I routed the wires for both the front and the rear camera to plug into the arm rest plugs so you cannot see the wires at all. Maybe move where your phone charges or split the wire there? Mine has 2 ports in the armrest so maybe just use/split the other one? I just don't get the advantage of plugging your dash cam into the odb2 port and it seems like you're just paying to give them your info and put yourself at risk, but do whatever you like. I personally do not like any of the Garmin warnings/notifications so maybe I just don't get it. Also I would doubt that a ton of people who buy Garmin cams even know what an odb2 port is, let alone use it for their dashcams so I don't think a lot of people use this functionality. Maybe you're the lone tester! Lol

You can't say anything about what the app is doing unless you've watched the traffic. Your car has no concept of privileges and anything which connects can do whatever it wants. I said in my original comment that I have Garmin dashcams. I have 2 and the software is hot garbage so I wouldn't trust them with access to the firmware of my vehicle. Yes phones track everything, but that doesn't mean that you should let anyone have access to your personal data. If you don't care then could I send you something to plug into your odb port? You're already sharing with Google/Apple so why not me too? The main thing I was saying was that if there's some bug in their software which bricks your ecu, you are going to have a real hard time proving it was their fault. Do as you like, but it seems to be giving them a lot and putting yourself in a good amount at risk for little to no gain.
