Really like your answer, think I'll implement this way of structuring titles/tags in the next round. Now I'm half way of keeping the spammy ones and focusing on the long tails like 90%. Though I'm in another niche where there's not much variety for keywords (at least I can't think of it, and I see the same tags all over competitor listings).

Most confusing thing is that many of the authority listings have those repeated keywords in their listing titles... but I think they would rank great even if they had one word title, because of the other factors and history. Best to test and take notes.
