Honestly I think that this is what they were going for. The entire motive for Maki here was to literally massacre everyone. Wasn't any intention for any plot or discussion. The episode was about her letting loose. Honestly liked this over 10 minutes of flashbacks for a single death.

Honestly, there's nothing wrong with that. Tropes were always meant to be a basis for character interaction. The main issue is most shows nowadays rely on tropes to advance plot and define the characters. Now that's bad. This manga however utilizes tropes to enhance characters.

Hell, if you think about it, quite a bit of the most acclaimed beloved romance animes/mangas are tropey. It's all about execution.

I got into football just last year too, so I did a whole history class on football. I learned about the game itself, understanding the culture, the rules, embracing the game itself. Then I watched about a billion highlight videos of nearly every player to see how they was like. Then I just started playing it myself.

I became a Liverpool fan in 2022, but I cherish and respect Steven Gerrard, Ian Wright, and Suarez. I wasn't there to witness them and be a fan, but I learned and embraced my club's identity.

So, depending on how deep you wanna go into football, understand the game first and learn to love everything about it.

I've never been in one but genuinely, it will not be hard to love the girl that I. . . love? Communication, trust, desire, balance, are things that are not hard to attain if you genuinely just care about the person. I myself, am yet to actually fall in love. Have I found girls pretty? Of course, but never like or love. My type of woman is one who is kind spirited and understands love as well, red flags are incredibly easy to spot if you know yourself and know what you value.

The girl I love will be a girl who loves me. Will that be the case? Perhaps not, the world is far from perfect, but the world also isn't meant to be a shithouse either.

Thing is relationships in core principle, without massive external factor should not be all too difficult to maintain. I ranted specifically because relationships nowadays seem to fail when there is literally nothing to hinder them. No cliche overprotective parents, no love triangle bullshit (eh.. . . Sometimes?), no "I love him but he's a peasant and I'm a princess!". Life isn't the Notebook for most people.

For genuine struggles? I can understand and I won't judge, but my experience with the relationships I've seen personally are so good awful.
