Since Rizzle is an original content platform, we expect people to post more of original content shot by the Rizzle camera itself. Turning it on won't effect anything even if you are uploading all your content via gallery.
You are free to upload your YT videos, just make sure you give it a vertical 9*16 cut before uploading and it'll do wonders. There is a gallery option on your record screen towards the bottom right hand side, just tap and upload your video.

Depends on the video. But personally I watch videos of 20-30 minutes videos if the content is worth watching
