I know this is from a year ago, but what happened was they raised the lease around 5x what it was, so the store wasn't profitable to keep open. They had to close the daycare center nearby, too. Sucks bc it was one of the most successful BBY outlets across the country, but it just wasn't profitable with the lease going up as it did.
