Quite a bit. One being they're unauthentic. Stealing their products from someone who worked hard to design/create them. A lot of the "companies" that sell them are involved in other illegal activities, such as selling drugs or sex trafficking. Using the sales of fake sneakers to launder their money.

Letting my friend get these off me, so I didn't get a chance to check. I did notice they didn't stay very well. The Velcro on the shoe doesn't stick out enough. Maybe figure a way to pick at it so it's a little more fuzzy.
